- IAM Senior Business Analyst
- W2
- He/she needs to work in hybrid model, at least 2 days from Whippany, NJ office.
- Candidate with deep expertise in IAM to drive end to end delivery and implementation of IAM capabilities, ensuring alignment with compliance, risk and business objectives.
- This role requires a strong understanding of IAM governance, control ownership and process improvement to support enterprise-wide security initiatives.
- Work closely with IAM architects, Product Owners, Engineers and senior stakeholders to gather and validate requirements and define end to end solutions.
- Develop and maintain process flows, control documentation, and Guidance documents for IAM capabilities and Governance procedures.
- Support System integration, user adoption and training related to new authentication and IAM services. Assist with metrics and reporting on adoption, usage, and control effectiveness.
