Business Transformation Consultant in IT Service Processes
Location: Dallas, TX
Description:
A Business Transformation Consultant in IT Service Processes is responsible for helping clients identify and address business challenges related to their IT application portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate the portfolio's technical and functional aspects. The consultant must be well-versed in IT service delivery processes, SLAs, KPIs, and associated tools to analyze clients' business issues, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions. This role emphasizes the alignment of business objectives, IT processes, and IT service measurements to drive maximum value for the client
Required skills:
• 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
• 5+ years of experience in ITAM or IT operations.
• Relevant certifications (CSAM, CITAM, ITIL).
• Strong knowledge of Software Asset Management principles and lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of software publisher-specific licensing programs and metrics.
• Experience working with ServiceNow, Flexera, or other SAM tools.
• Experience in vendor and contract management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
