About the Role:
Donato Technologies is seeking experienced IT Staffing Recruiters to manage client and vendor relationships, drive business, and collaborate with our recruiting team to place top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with clients and prime vendors in IT staffing
Collaborate with the internal recruiting team to source, screen, and place IT talent
Drive business development and generate new opportunities
Maintain excellent communication and client service

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience working with prime vendors in IT staffing or talent acquisition
Proven ability to manage client/vendor relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work onsite in Dallas, TX
